We are looking for personal care for our 24-year-old son that has a cognitive delay. He does not have behavior issues but does require help with daily living skills and community engagement. My husband and I travel and will need overnight care on occasion. The schedule will be flexible when we are home (we both work from home) and full day/overnight needs will be scheduled with a months notice (or more). The average day looks like picking him up from work at 2:00, helping him make lunch, accomplish a few household type activities. He works Tues, Wed, Thur.
