Nanny Needed In Mound -- Mostly Care For 2-Year-Old

After recently having a newborn, I want support to help the transition to three kids so I can do all the baby things while getting my oldest off to school and keeping her routine while also giving attention to my middle child. We have solid schedules established for my older two, so I'm mostly looking for help with my 2-year-old while my oldest is at school so I can run errands, get things done around the house and establish a routine with my youngest without being spread so thin. I will be home fairly often, so I'm happy to collaborate and want to have a team rapport with our nanny. My husband travels for work, so being able to shift with advance notice to an afternoon/evening schedule to help with bedtimes is ideal but not required. Approximately 30 hours a week could be less or more more for the right fit
