We're looking for a kind and dependable female Direct Support Professional to work with a teenager with developmental disabilities. This is more than a job -- it's a chance to support her in living a full and joyful life and to build a meaningful, long-term connection. Must be available to get her off the bus 3:30 p.m. -8pm'ish and must be able to work a minimum of 1-2 days a week (exact days are flexible). High school diploma OR 1+ year of personal care experience. Knowledge of OR a willingness to learn about person centered care. Starting pay $21-$24/hour (based on experience & training). Wage increase & bonus after successful completion of probation period. Mileage reimbursement for driving her to activities. PTO may be accrued after a certain period.
