Role Overview We are seeking a reliable, warm, and developmentally informed Elementary Learning Support Educator to work one-on-one with a young child enrolled in an accredited online private school. This role blends academic facilitation, enrichment, and supervised care in a home-based setting. The educator will support daily lessons provided by the online school, assist with literacy, math, science, and social studies, and help maintain a calm, structured daily rhythm. Core academic time is approximately 2-3 hours per day, with remaining hours focused on play, creativity, movement, enrichment activities, and approved outings such as the library or park. Compensation: $20$25/hour. Weekday schedule, with 4-hour days and potential for extended hours up to 8 hours. Thank you
