Special Needs Caregiver Needed 1-2 Times Per Week For My 28 Year Old Son With Autism

Seeking a special needs caregiver who has experience working with people with autism. My son, Sam, is 28 years old and lives with me in our home located in Eden Prairie, MN. I am his primary caregiver and guardian, and his older sister is his secondary caregiver. So, my daughter and I are looking for someone to join Sam's care team 1-2 times per week. Sam can speak and communicate, but it often needs to be prompted. He loves to be active and enjoys walking, swimming, and biking. Other hobbies of his include baking, doing puzzles, and going to movies. He is a big Disney lover, so a majority of communication with him often relates to Disney quotes. He has difficulty communicating his needs, and struggles with loud noises, disruptions to schedule, and overall sensory overload.
