Alas, our wonderful nanny of the past 2 years is moving on to the next phase of her life, and we need to fill her position watching our 2-year-old daughter three days a week. We are looking for someone who shares our values - kindness, respect, love of nature and the outdoors, healthy living. We want to nurture a sense of wonder and confidence in our daughter, as well as social/emotional growth. We practice Montessori parenting principles and respectful parenting. Hours are 7:15 to 5 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday. Our current nanny is available as reference and for training. We think of ourselves as a great family to work for. We like to keep our house neat and organized and provide clear, positive communication. Our daughter is very articulate and loving. Previous experience working with young children is desirable.
