Looking for in-home childcare for a 3-year-old and infant. Our son will be turning 3 in June, around the time we are expecting our second child. He loves swings and slides, playing hide and seek and is fascinated with trains and construction equipment. An ideal caregiver would be knowledgeable and have experience with child development and able to provide games and activities to help both kids grow. First aid and CPR training are a plus and caregiver must be comfortable around our dog (she's sweet and gentle but 75lbs). Our coverage needs are atypical but the schedule is known several months in advance. We would require care during the day (8am-5:30pm), typically 16 days per month. Shifts are usually scheduled in 4-7 day blocks and typically cover 1-2 weekends per month.
