Part-Time Weekend Babysitter Needed- Circle Pines

I'm seeking a warm, reliable sitter for my 9-year-old daughter. The schedule would be every other weekend, Saturday & Sunday, from 11:30am-11:30 p.m. Occasional schedule changes may happen, but I'll always give you plenty of notice. I'm looking for someone interested in building a long-term connection- more than just babysitting, we'd love someone who truly enjoys spending time with kids. My daughter is a sweet kid. She's easy-going and independent, but does have a flair for dramatics from time to time. She enjoys reading, playing games and make-believe, and going to our local park. Light meal prep is needed- just heating up lunch and dinner (I'll have everything planned and ready). We also have three friendly cats, but no pet care is expected; my daughter feeds them.
