I am looking for a special, long-term nanny for my infant son. We have a unique situation. My mom lives with my husband, myself, and our son. We still have one senior dog who spends his days sleeping by my mom. An ideal nanny would be willing to work with my mom, mainly meals and light housekeeping. My mom wants our son to be part of her daily routine. She has anxiety if he is away from her. She said that all she wants is time with him during the day. My mom has a lot of pride. She has anxiety and feels threatened by a "nanny" or "PCA" but is open to a "housekeeper" who takes care of our son and her. An ideal caregiver would be willing to do childcare, housekeeping, cooking, and letting our dog out to potty. My husband and I will take care of the rest for my mom.
