Need Full Time/flexible Nanny With Newborn Experience

Hi! My husband and I are looking for a reliable & flexible full time nanny. Our first child is due in February. I am a physician with hours that can vary from 35-50hr/week, I take off 9 vacation weeks/year. my husband works from home. We are looking for someone who can be flexible. I have my schedule 1 -3 months in advance so there should be plenty of advance notice. In the weeks I have off, you may not be needed, have a light schedule, or maybe even consider traveling with us. we would like someone with experience with newborns. We love the idea of having someone who has raised their own kids and who will be interactive, energetic, and creative with our kids. We hope to have someone who feels more a part of our family who can help us not only care for our child but can help us keep up with light house keeping, meal prep, laundry, etc.
