This is a unique situation. My son is profoundly autistic. He is non-verbal, has CP, and needs help with toileting and care. He can be aggressive, but wants to be with his Grandma on weekends. My husband is a musician and I am going through cancer treatment with surgery approaching. We have a WONDERFUL TEAM currently, but with summer coming schedules are changing. The job also requires overnight help. This is NOT a job for the faint of heart. Profound Autism with aggression is hard. We are in great need of help and support from people with experience.
