Nanny Needed For 3 Children In Traverse City

Hello! We are a family with 3 kids ages 5 (boy), 2. 5 (boy), and 9 months (girl). Our current nanny just had a child, and is ready to transition to staying home. As a result, we are looking for a new nanny! She can work through December if needed and would be happy to share her experience working with us. Our current schedule is M, T, Th from 7:15-5:30ish. We work in clinical fields, so we occasionally arrive home earlier or later (rarely later). We prefer that our nanny not bring a child with her, and we do have a dog. Our oldest is in school full-day, our middle is half-day, and our youngest has yet to start in any care program. We have a car for the nanny to use. We ask for light housework including kids laundry, structuring activities, and any help when time allows. We would love to chat further with anyone interested!
