Babysitter Needed During Business Trips.

We do leave on business trips for up to a week at a time. I would like to find someone that really connects with the kids and enjoys spending time doing activities with them. I am also willing to negotiate pay. Our Faith is important to us. We are a limited screen time family (we watch some tv but do not tablets or gaming). The kids (3 boys, one girl) love projects, being outdoors, building forts, hiking, painting, wood carving.. etc. So they are well behaved, but an active group. On non-homeschool days, They usually wake 7-8 and have breakfast. The boys often build with Legos, train sets, or tinker on projects. My daughter loves anything artsy and playing with animal figurines. We eat lunch sometime between 12-1. 30 min book/quiet time. Dinner at 6. They love to help cook or bake. Bed time is 8:30-9:30 unless a movie/game night.
