My husband and I have welcomed our baby girl earlier than expected. Would prefer someone comfortable and knowledgeable with caring for a preemie baby. We are also looking for someone familiar and willing to use a gentle parenting style. Comfortable with baby led feeding/sleeping, baby wearing/contact napping and cloth diapers/care. Also would love to have someone familiar with a Montessori learning approach as well as incorporating baby sign language. Little house keeping/laundry/cooking duties. Our work schedule varies from week to week so being flexible/patient is a must. We are looking for roughly 3 days/week. Hours may range from 20-30 hrs/week with occasional weekend nights for mom/dad dates. Other things to note: we do have two well behaved dogs in the home. And my husband works from home 80% of the time.
