We’re looking for a trustworthy, long-term nanny for our 5-year-old daughter. The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, and understands the importance of consistency — not someone who frequently calls in sick or treats this as a temporary job. Schedule: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (weekends are essential). Our family works retail, so consistent weekend availability is a must. Once she starts kindergarten, hours will adjust accordingly.
