We have an energetic 3. 5-year-old boy who would be the primary child receiving care. On occasion we may need help with childcare for our newborn son as well but this would be a rare occurrence and you would be compensated appropriately for that time with 2 children. Our ideal nanny would be someone who is engaging and can help our little boy thrive. He does have some speech and language delay and so a nanny with some education background or experience with special needs children would be ideal! Nanny would also need reliable transportation, and CPR training. Non smoker and comfortable with dogs (we have a chihuahua and Great Pyrenees).
