Nanny Needed For 3 Young Children In Oxford

I'm looking for a great nanny for 3 children. My youngest is a girl, and will be 1 in a couple weeks. My boy is 2. 5, and the oldest will be 4 in about a month. We also have 2 cats and a large dog so the right person would need to be comfortable with pets. I am returning to work after being a SAHM for about 2 years working a traditional M-F schedule, but my husband works "afternoons" so we the hours we need care are a little unique. We need someone Monday - Thursday 7:00am-9:30 a.m. (husband will be home, but sleeping), 2:00pm-5:00 p.m. (when we will both be working)... so essentially there is a 4. 5 hour gap where my husband will be up and with the kids, before he needs to leave at 2 p.m. We are open to finding 2 separate people, so if you are only available for one please still apply!
