We have 3 children but only 2 of the 3 need to be cared for. Our son is 9 years old and has Autism, he is close to high functioning but requires 24/7 monitoring as he has no self awareness. He is still being potty trained with bowel movements and will require help. Our 6-year-old daughter is self sufficient minus needing someone to play with occasionally and someone to help her get her meals. My husband and I work full time. I am a nurse and he is service coordinator at a dealership and our jobs are going to require a lot of weekend hours. We are looking to get established with someone who can get to know our family and work with us. We are flexible with pay and willing to talk.
