Daily Play Time Buddy Needed!

Seeking a nanny for my 1-year-old daughter, Monday through Friday, ideally 8:30am4pm, though I can be flexible with hours. Some days Ill be in the office, some days Ill be working from home, and occasionally Ill be doing things around the house. I work a hybrid schedule and also juggle multiple freelance jobs, so I need someone who can keep my daughter engaged and safe while I focus. She's a fun mix of independent and clingy, and she loves exploring. She has access to most of the house, so your main role will be playing with her, guiding her away from screen time, and keeping an attentive eye on her as she adventures. We do have cameras inside the home, so you must be comfortable with that. Phone use is totally fine as long as it doesn't interfere with care. Im very laid-back as long as my daughter is safe and happy.
