A is very observant and is in constant need of attention and stimulation as hes just about to be 7 months old. He can go from really happy to wildly insane in less than a few seconds and can be pretty fussy if he slips past his wake windows. We use the app to stay on track of his feeding, naps, wake windows, and his diapers (I do enter in light activities if I feel they are worth mentioning; ex: outdoor activity for 15+ minutes while looking, touching and babbling to the grass, flowers and bugs). He has a moderately flexible schedule but we try to stay true to the app with his naps as they are pretty spot on when he is sufficiently tired enough to actual go down to sleep. We try to hold/rock him lightly until hes just a bit drowsy and then lay him down, which usually he can put himself to sleep if his sound machine is on
