Babysitter Needed For 3 Children In Lansing

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 3 children but really just 2. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping, activities and structuring with a routine. I have three(3) beautiful little girls who listens and follows directions more times than none. My 12-year-old doesnt Need a sitter and she can assist. All of my children are independent and doesnt need much assistance but while I am gone they do need structure because grandparents dont provide that.
