About the job
We recently moved to Kalamazoo and are seeking evening help for our two kids. Our son (13) is independent with high-functioning autism; he does well with routines and clear communication. Our daughter (11) uses a wheelchair and can crawl and transfer to chairs or the floor with assistance. We need a warm, dependable caregiver to help with dinner prep, bedtime routines, and to be a trusted presence for our family. Experience with autism or mobility differences is a plus but not required. Occasional overnights possible. We look forward to meeting you!
