Looking for support for our Teen w/autism. An ideal match likes adventure, has a great sense of humor, is reliable, trustworthy, communicative, and patient. Our daughter prefers to watch tv and play on her tablet, but we want her to continue expanding her interests. This requires creativity & a supportive person to find and attend community events and experiences. She does not like fine motor activities and can become overwhelmed in crowds. She has specific goals this person will help her achieve and will be trained on these activities. Eg. include going swimming, walking, summer concerts & plays, grocery shopping, learning how to do and perform chores. It also means helping her shower, bathroom, dress and make simple meals. Includes biweekly paycheck and Lots of schedule flexibility For our teen- humor, kindness, patience, playful, ability to problem solve L loves mascots, movies, music, iPad, Sponge Bob, being at home We have a Golden Retriever (incredibly sweet) and two aloof cats
