Salaried Nanny Position For 3 Kiddos!

Hello! I am looking for a nanny for my three kiddos. The oldest will be starting in half-day kindergarten at Montessori next fall. I will need help getting her to and from school and caring for my 2-year-old twins throughout the day while I work. I anticipate a typical day starting around 8 or 8:30 and ending between 4 and 5, however, there may be days that are longer or shorter. This position would be salaried and paid the same amount every week of the year even if there are holidays or I'm out of town with the kids. We have memberships to the zoo, botanical gardens, children's museum and camp for daily outings! The kiddos Dad is close by (but does not live with us) and will likely jump-in and help a few times each week, allowing for some additional flexibility.
