Need Reliable Caregiver For Varied Schedule, 12-36 Hours/week

We need a reliable caregiver to take care of our 4-year-old daughter and sweet 65 lb Berne doodle dog 3 days a week. Days of the week will vary, your schedule will match my schedule as an ER Doctor so there will be some weekends and holidays, but we get the schedule 2-3 months ahead. We are looking for one person to come from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. 3 days a week (24 hrs/week) and a second person to come in the afternoons from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. 2 days a week (12 hrs a week). can flex on the time breakdown too. Daughter wakes at 7A and would have preschool 3 hours a day. Would want occasional date nights/time for errands, can build this around your convenience.
