Short Term Nanny With Long Term Potential

Looking for a short term nanny for the summer, with the possibility to turn into a long term position. Current days would be Wednesday/Thursday/Friday, but when the college school year is done days will be Wednesday/Thursday, and if you can cover an occasional Saturday that would be an added bonus. My husband works road construction and is gone most of the summer, so normally it's just me and our nanny keeping things afloat. We have two toddler boys, who are very active and love to be outside exploring. Mainly looking for someone who will play with the kids, interact with them, and help clean up any messes made. We would really love someone who view our kids as their family, and not a job. Must be okay with dogs, we have two lovable huskies. We need someone consistent and reliable with their own transportation.
