We are looking for a nanny/mother helper in Ferndale to start in December (6mo old baby). Prefer someone willing to help out with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, meal prep assistance), has their own reliable car, does not smoke, is CPR/first aid certified, provide at least 2 references and preferably who has a college degree and at least two years of infant care experience. We prefer someone who has excellent open communication, pays attention to detail, is a self-starter, and nurturing. This is a long term role as our family grows (2+ years). Able to provide age appropriate developmental activities, both indoor and outdoor, and foster creativity, imagination and sensory play. Occasional opportunity for additional hours during weekend and evenings. Includes competitive PTO, GH, reimbursement for mileage and more. Open to nanny share.
