Nanny Needed For 1 Child

East Lansing family seeking a nanny for our 17-month toddler daughter. The job would start around April 22 (negotiable) and be 30 hours a week, (M-F mornings to early afternoon) in our home. One parent works from home full time and the other works partly in the office and partly from home. Responsibilities include: general care for a toddler-feeding, washing dishes, changing diapers, developmentally appropriate play, overseeing naps, taking her for walks or to play outdoors or to kid friendly places, etc. The ideal person would -have experience with small kids and be interested/have knowledge in early child development -have good communication skills (we believe clear and open communication will be essential to forge a trusting relationship between us as parents and any caregiver) -be reliable and punctual -be fully vaccinated
