Nanny Needed During 13 Hour RN Shifts, 2-3 Days A Week, Varying Days. Before / After School Coverage

Looking to find the perfect fit to join our family. Ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, but willing to work up to full time when needed. Located in Laurium, we have 4 children, and I (mom) will be starting as an RN late this summer. Older 3 attend school, and the baby has a daycare placement. 2-3 days a week, this job will include getting kids up in the the morning and off to school/daycare. The school day will often be free for caregiver to attend classes / do other work such as substitute teaching. There will be options to work more for me during the school day when school/daycare are closed, when kids are home sick with minor illnesses, or possibly even with light housekeeping. Caregiver will then be responsible for afterschool care, including daycare pickup for the infant. Hours / days of the week will vary
