Nanny Needed For My Children In Ann Arbor.

We are seeking a part time nanny approx 20-25 hrs/week in Ann Arbor. Schedule open for negotiation, but primarily will be to support me in caring for our newborn twins (extra set of hands to help with napping and diapers), help with light housework (laundry, tidying) and meal prep, and possibly assist in wrangling our 2 older kids (4. 5 and 2. 5 yo) in the early evening (or free us up to do so). I'm envisioning something like 12-7 pm, 3-4 days/week. I am on maternity leave until end of January while my husband works from home, and then we will switch (so both parents pretty much always home). We also probably will need less hours during the holidays with various family visiting.
