Hi there! My wife, Callie, and I live in Ann Arbor and are looking for a full-time nanny for our newborn for a mid July 2024 start date. We are both physicians with busy schedules. Work hours would be M-F 8a-4p. with built-in flexibility depending on our schedules. We would like a nanny with several years of prior experience taking care of and nannying for an infant or small child. Competitive compensation. Expectations: -usual day-to-day tasks (feeding/cleaning) -research and plan age-appropriate activities for child at home -routine communication with parents -basic household tasks Benefits: -3 weeks paid PTO/year -federal holidays off (paid if they fall on a workday) (8 h/day) -guaranteed pay for weeks when we do not need a nanny -overtime pay for work performed beyond the expected 40h/week -5 full work days of paid sick leave
