Seeking Attentive, Reliable Nanny For 3 Month Old To Start End Of May 2024

We are seeking a full-time nanny to care for our 3-month-old son. We hope to find someone with extensive experience with infants who will take an active role in developing activities to promote milestone achievement. Ideal schedule is 7:30am-5 p.m. M-F (45+ hours/wk), spending the day with our baby but start time can be flexible. For one week every 1-2 months, dad will be home every day. We have a dog (golden retriever mix) and two cats but they will not need care. Pay would be $18-25 per hour depending on experience. We're hoping for someone college-educated, fully vaccinated, infant CPR certified, and a safe driver with a reliable car. A little bit about our family: mom and dad both work in healthcare, and mom is an Ann Arbor native. Baby is very smiley.
