Hi! We are a young family looking for a long term, full-time nanny to join our family and primarily care for our newborn daughter once Mom goes back to work in June/July. At that time, H will be 3-4 mos old depending on exact start date. Mom works from home; Dad work out of the home. Big brother (4 yo) is in preschool. Ideally M-F 8a-5p with some flex. Must haves: - Professional disposition - Vaccinated and boosted - Previous experience with newborns Nice-to-haves: - Degree in early childhood education or experience working in early childhood education setting - Spanish speaking The most important thing we are looking for in a nanny is a gentle caregiver who loves being with our daughter and fits in seamlessly with our family. We'd much rather find the right personality fit than someone who checks every single box above!
