Full Time Nanny To 1 Toddler Starting January 2026

Hello! Our family is looking to bring on a nanny that is interested in a long term commitment, as we are hoping to grow our family in the next year. We have an 18-month-old daughter who is curious, happy and loves books! We need support with her weekly activities, house keeping and outdoor play. We are looking for an energetic and organized nanny. We are laid back and enjoy having fun. We'd prefer someone who has a background/history in child development. We'd love to welcome someone into our home at the beginning of the year. Please reach out with inquiries and questions :) As a family we value communication. We appreciate honest feedback to establish a trusting relationship. We value gentle boundaries, attentiveness and showing up on time. Our family values nature and Montessori learning styles. Our family is interested in spending lots of time outside, music, cooking and learning. We enjoy spending time with extended family members and friends. Our daughter is very excited by books and free play. As most children her age, she is learning regulation practices and gets a lot from her weekly tumbling classes. She loves animals and nature. Spending time outside is something she is easily excited about. Listening/singing/dancing to music are also areas that she enjoys. Our daughter needs support with potty training and daily self care tasks. She has exposure to her own potty and is in the beginning stages of learning. Her language is advanced for her age, which makes it easier to communicate at times, but is still learning how to appropriately cue for help and support. She can use sign language to ask for needs to be met, but as any toddler she needs gentle reassurance when needing to be patient. We need a caregiver to be able to juggle, be energized and organized. We'd like for someone who is going to be a member of our family to be on time and respect our family's boundaries/values. We'd prefer someone who has strong communication skills and is okay with feedback. Someone who will bring up concerns or issues in a timely manner so that they may be addressed properly. We'd also really like someone who has a history of working with younger children. Yes our home as parking Yes - one small elderly dog who is friendly.
