We are two families seeking a warm and mindful nanny to care for our two infants (5 and 6 months). Our ideal caregiver fosters independence through responsive care, encourages free movement and exploration, and supports our babies’ natural development. A love for reading and spending time outdoors is essential! We value a calm, nurturing environment with gentle structure. There are no household duty expectations beyond cleaning up throughout the day (mealtimes, toys, etc.). There are 2 households you may work out of (we are neighbors!). One household has 2 friendly cats and the other has 1 golden retriever. We will have space for safe sleep and play set up in both spaces. Salary negotiable based on experience.
