Nanny Needed For 1 Child

Seeking a Nanny for 9-2 Monday through Friday, Starting Early May. Looking for someone who is comfortable around dogs, has experience with infants, is a non-smoker, and will be OK to be phone free around the kiddo. It'd be fantastic to find someone who can understand his baby moves - does he want to sleep, is he just keen for a chat, is there a burp on deck. I work from home and will be here full-time, but need some help with nap time and developmental activities while I am on the job. He is exclusively nursing so I will handle feedings and I'll be around to help if needed. We also have two dogs so the right candidate must be comfortable with dogs.
