Were looking for someone to help us with our 4 1/2-year-old son. Hes a fun very energetic boy who loves to play outside in the dirt and in the woods. The right person enjoys being outside as well being active for somebody who needs focused attention and continuous engagement. The right person must also be comfortable with managing somebody who is very particular and at times can have trouble managing their big emotions. They need to have experience and be comfortable with a kid who needs an IEP. He is in a supportive family environment and has two older sisters as well. We have no pets. In addition he likes to draw and color and do art is very sensory based. He has struggled in a traditional classroom setting where there is less focused and engagement. We are flexible for the right person with hours and duties.
