Before School And After School Help For Kindergartener

Hi! We are looking for some help as our child transitions into kindergarten. My husband and I both work full time, so we would be looking for help in the mornings to get our son on the bus, and again in the afternoons from bus pickup until we get home from work. Ideally we could find someone for 3 or 4 days per week, from 7 a.m. until bus pickup at 8 a.m. (9 a.m. on Wednesdays), then in the afternoon from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. We are extremely flexible so we can be open to a flexible schedule on which days would work best for the right person. The bus stop is walkable from our house (we live on a private road), and our son is very easygoing. We do have one old small dog in our home. He's about 15 pounds and hypoallergenic, but you would need to be comfortable around dogs, even though you will probably not even know he is there :)
