Responsibilities • Provide attentive, compassionate, and developmentally appropriate care throughout the day • Support her emotional needs, especially during transitions or moments of separation anxiety • Create a calm, comforting, and safe environment she can build trust in • Engage her in age-appropriate activities (reading, sensory play, music, outdoor walks, etc.) • Assist with feeding/meal • Diaper changes and support with early potty awareness • Help maintain nap schedule • Light child-related housekeeping (cleaning bottles, tidying toys) • Provide daily updates to parents about her moods, routines, milestones, and any concerns Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who understands child development, respects attachment needs, and won't take time-to-warm personally. The ideal nanny is someone soft-spoken, warm, consistent, and confident-someone who can slowly build trust with our daughter and support her emotional safety while allowing her independence to grow.
