We are looking for a childcare for our youngest daughter. We are parents of two, are in our mid 30s, work full time from home, and live in Silver Spring Maryland. Our daughter is 6 months old, so one of our priorities is finding a nanny that has 5+ years experience with babies 6 months and older. We are looking to work with someone who can work with our family for no less than 6 months. We are looking for a nanny who: 1. Is willing to work full- or part-time weekdays and has a flexible schedule. 2. Is willing to support a breastfeeding mother. 3. Has experience supporting babies with meeting developmental milestones. 4. Is willing to do light housework, including cleaning bottles, pump parts, baby dishes, and children's laundry. 5. Has experience with feeding infants solid foods. 6. Will use an app to track baby's daily activities.
