We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Silver Spring. We would prefer someone who is experienced with infants/ toddlers. Ideally has some education on childcare and is looking for long term employment. We would love to find and keep one nanny so our son learns to love one nanny. So not for those in college looking for a summer job. Our son has a good routine down so someone who is willing to learn his routine and make sure he has a great day everyday. Also we want someone who understands wake windows and age appropriate meals to feed to an almost 1-year-old. Right now we are just looking for someone for Tuesday and Thursday and we will see if we can add more days depending on performance. He is a happy, easy baby as long as he is fed, napped, and played with.
