Seeking an experienced, energetic, and creative Full-Time Nanny for two toddlers (Girl, 3. 5, potty trained; Boy, 24 months, diapers); Rockville single-family home (no smoking, no pets). Must be fluent in English, fun, reliable, and patient Schedule: Mon-Fri, 11am-5 p.m. Parents work from home. The Children: Fun, sweet, and energetic. They love outdoor play (large backyard/swing set; parks in walking distance), arts & crafts, reading, and active games (hide & seek). Minimal screen time. Role: Provide attentive, stimulating care, focusing on engaged, creative activities. Responsibilities include outdoor supervision, and calm behavior management while enforcing boundaries. Light cleaning: Toys and after-meal messes. No cooking or meal prep required; parents handle all meals/snacks. Paid leave after probationary period
