Driving 2 Kids $40/hour

I am looking for a reliable babysitter with clean driving records to drive my kids from Rockville to Bethesda. Pick up 3:30 p.m. my 4yo year old from KinderCare Rockville and my 7yo at 3:50 p.m. from College Gardens Elementary School -and drop both of them off by 4:30 p.m. at Saint George Greek Orthodox Church in Bethesda , every Tuesday and Thursday. I have done this trip myself many times and it takes me about 50-60 minutes. I am looking for someone who I can build a long term working relationship and has great references. Pay is 80$/ week for 2 drop-offs each week (Tuesday and Thursday).
