Part Time Nanny Needed

We're a laid-back blended family (G7/B4) in Parkville seeking consistent care for our youngest. I work FT from home with travel, & my husband works FT locally. Our oldest is in school all day, & our youngest is in his final preschool year. We value communication, kindness, & gaining back time in our busy week. This is our first time seeking care outside family, & we're looking for someone trustworthy, patient, reliable, nurturing, communicative, nonjudgmental, & vaccinated. Support includes homework help, reading, hands-on play, meal prep, light cleaning, & grocery runs. Must love pets. Our 4yo is social, curious, energetic, & loves music, playgrounds, and construction anything. We need care starting December (flexible), 12-6 p.m. Wed-Fri, with some weeks needing only two days. Must be available for school closures for all-day coverage.
