Support With Daily Routine For 9 Year Old

I am attending a professional development course in Baltimore 10+ times on Thursdays with some Wednesdays and Fridays. On those days, we will need a responsible babysitter to meet at our house, bring our daughter to school by 8 a.m. (10 min drive), then pick her-up @ 4 p.m. at school and bring her to dance class (15 min drive). Then, bring her home (25 min drive with traffic) and have her heat-up her dinner and do her homework. My wife or I will be home by 8 p.m. The times may vary once school ends and camp starts.
