Nanny Needed For My 11 Month Old In Mechanicsville

I am searching for a nanny to come to our home 15-20 hours a week to care for our 11-month-old son. I work remotely from home. My mother in law comes to care for our son 2-3 days out of the week. I would typically need someone Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9-4 pm, but the days and times are flexible / vary week to week depending on when my MIL comes over. Duties include feeding, diaper changes, play time, cleaning up after baby, washing bottles if needed. I still breastfeed so will be doing that throughout the day. As mentioned, I will be home and available for questions. There are cameras in the home. We have 4 pets - 2 small dogs and 2 cats. You will not need to care for them. No smokers. Previous experience with infants and CPR certified is a must. I cannot accommodate anyone bringing their child.
