Solo Mom Of Two Seeing Ten Consistent Weekday Hours With Some Flexibility

Looking for someone engaging, patient and active. I have two sons, a 2. 5-year-old (3 in July) and an almost 3-month-old. The toddler loves to be outside in our yard-biking, electronic cars, fake yard work, sandbox etc. etc. He is a little shy but very direct. The infant is on a standard eat, play, sleep (often baby wearing) schedule. I work from home. On Wednesdays my toddler is in daycare, and I am in meetings, I need someone for the 3-month-old only. On Thursdays both kids are home, and you would hang with one or the other. I have some flexibility in the week for what times or days but am looking for around 10 hours. I have a dog, who would not be your responsibility, but would need to be comfortable with him around. I am a queer solo mom with biracial kids-you must be comfortable and supportive of those communities!
