We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Lanham. We would prefer a nanny who has the following qualities: - Degree in childhood development - CPR/First aid certified - Experience with infants - Punctual - Excellent communication: proactive, respectful, direct - Willing to conduct a first meetup and trial period (paid) - Willing to share references and employment history (at least 2 - 3 families) - Passionate with children/knows how to keep them engaged - Can offer parental guidance for things like sleep support - Preferably knows another language (Spanish or French) - Easy to get along with, calm, patient, adaptable - Respectful of household norms - Value alignment: positive reinforcement for discipline, limited screen time - Open to traveling with family
