Evening Babysitter For 2 Kids (2yo, 4yo) In South Kensington

Hi! We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Kensington. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who has (or is pursuing) a college degree. We hope to find someone who would be available for future date nights and occasional daytime care on weekends. Our kids (our 4-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son) are just getting used to babysitters, so would love to know if you have any strategies for getting little ones acclimated. References a must. We do have a small friendly dog. Thank you!
