I own a store that will be opening in the next few months and need someone reliable to watch my kids during business hours. They love to play outside and we do minimal screen time. We have a fenced-in backyard so they spend a lot of time out back. We're Montessori-minded and do cloth diapering at home. We also live a healthy lifestyle and eat organic foods and avoid processed products. When indoors, they love art projects and puzzles.
